Goals

Ultimately, the Love.Loud. initiative is about creating a culture that embraces individuals and families as creations of the Divine. It’s about caring for one another in tangible ways. It’s about leaving God’s mark on the hearts of everyone we encounter.

Our hope is that through Love.Loud. we can create additional space for new individuals and families to discover God and His purpose for their life. It won’t be easy, and it won’t be cheap. That’s just not the way love works.

We have several options in front of us, and which one we choose depends completely on how much our church family invests in the Love.Loud. capital initiative:

Loud. Our first financial priority is to meet our current mortgage obligation. We will not build additional space unless we receive sufficient pledges to do so without incurring additional debt.

Louder. With enough financial support, we will build additional space for youth and children. In turn, we plan to re-purpose our modular units for prayer and outreach ministries and additional office space.

We're not going to just expand at home, though; we're also extending our partnership with a ministry in Guatemala that provides children with schooling and nutritious meals. We'd like to add fifth- and sixth-grade classrooms and double the feeding center capacity from 250 children to 500. Check out the photos below to see what we're talking about. To achieve these goals, we'll need to receive pledges totalling at least $3.3 million.

 

Loudest. Surpassing our “Louder” goal would afford us some flexibility. We could build even more children’s space or add a multi-purpose auditorium to the new youth area. We could look at glassing in our lobby so there’s more room to hang out with our church family. Our options are only limited by our funds.

Loudester. Yes, we’re aware that loudester isn’t a real word, but we’re including it because we refuse to put a cap on what God can do through His people.
